Main products and their market competitive power

The company has a 35-year-lasting history to manufacture tools, mainly manufactures vertical processing center series products including penta-shaft linkage, linear motor driving high-end ones, and provides complete set turn-key projects. These products   have continuously been among home-made processing centers with the best value of sales for years. The penta-shaft linkage processing center developed in the last years broke the technical blockage of some foreign companies, has been industrialized and used in the power station equipment industry, such as Dongfang Electrical Motor Co., Ltd. In the last years the company has supplied a lot of technical equipment, such as flexible production lines for gear-box bodies, oil pump housings, and steering gears, braking vanes, for FAW Group, Dongfeng Auto Co., Ltd. and other auto manufacturing groups and supplies suppying enterprises.It is main business of the company's die processing to supply middle- and small size accurate cold stamping dies, cemented carbide cold stamping dies, and die casting cold dies used for auto purpose safety belts, clutches, braking discs and vanes, rotor and stator core plates for auto electromotors, seats, and has supplied near thousand sets of dies and over 200 million pieces of stamping articles for Shanghai Volkswagen, Shenlong Fukang, and other auto manufacturing enterprises.
