Outline of enterprise

Beijing Fuda is located right north of Beijing, at Lishui Bridge outside of Anding Gate, 5km from the Asia Games Village. Before the ownership transformation, it was Beijing Auto Clutch Plant under Beijing Auto Industry Holding Co., Ltd. Jointly funded by Guilin Fuda Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Auto Industry Holding Co., Ltd, China North Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., Sun Qun (as a natural man) it was established at the end of Dec. 2001. The company covers an area of 30000 sq. m, a floor area of 12000sq. m.; has 260 employees, of them, 40 and more engineering and technical staff with senior and middle-class professional titles; the company has over 100 sets of production equipment. Over the two year after transformation, good performance is got in both production and selling, in the first year of the company's birth, it has eliminated deficit, and manufactured 100 thousand sets of clutches in the last year. The company puts great efforts in technical reconstruction, and a lot of fund to introduce atmosphere controllable box-type quenching production line, and diaphragn pring pressure quenching rotary hearth furnace form Austria, shot-blasting machine for clutch disks form France, as well as test and inspection appratus, and general assembly production line, based on originally-introduced automatic heat-treatment production line form Swiss. Now the Beijing Fuda has a capacity of one million sets annually, and may reach a product selling value of 200 million yuan. 

Infrastructure

Water supply: own wells; power: high tension cables are directly leaded in by transformer station with a capacity of 750kVA (now in capacity expansion); gas: 200m from main fuel gas pipeline.  

Operation performance

In 2003, the output of various sizes of clutch assemblies is 100 thousand sets, their value of sales is 20.01 million yuan, profit 520 thousand yuan.

Various clutch assemblies including FD180-330 are supplied to Dongfeng Zhaoyang Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Yulin Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Yunnan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Baoding Great Wall Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., and Beijing Auto Foton Vehicle Co., Ltd.
