Founded on Dec. 9, 2002,
the company is entitled to the right of import and export and has been
obtained ISO9001 certification for 8 years and obtained ISO9001-2000
certification of revised version in 2003.
Our products are widely
used in the fields of
national economy such as machinery, mould -making, aerospace, metallurgy,
chemical industry, light industry, textile as well as the field of power,
energy and transportation.
We once manufactured large extension mould for an
American company and are making moulds for domestic Hair Uniform, Shanghai
Volkswagen, the Changchun First Motor Works and Beijing Jeep Works.
Meanwhile, in respect of non-ferrous press-cast mould, we have provided
several hundred sets of press-cast moulds to domestic and international large
joint ventures and proprietary corporations as well as exported to Sweden,
Japan and Pakistan and so on.

Main products
and their market competitive power

Design, processing and
manufacture of non-ferrous press-cast moulds, different cold punch moulds,
plastic-forming moulds, forge-press moulds, rubber moulds, glass moulds,
sand-core moulds, calipers and inspection tools. We manufacture quality
press-cast products in batches. The market scale and sales of our different
products rank front in same trade in China.

Advantages for
development
|
The predecessor of the
company was the Beijing Mould and Die Factory, which was one of mould
factories of longest history and largest scale. Now CAD/CAM/CAE technology is
used in our factory and we boast of advanced equipment of MH1000E NC milling
machine, DWC110H NC spark cutter, ECZ-65 Model vacuum quench furnace and
META-LAX vibration de-stress apparatus as well as abundant resource of
customers.
