| Outline of enterprise |
This is a large state-owned enterprise subordinated
to the Beijing Longda Light Industry Co., Ltd. and it is one of manufacturers,
which earliest produced the wash machines in China. It¡¯s
sub units include plastics filling industrial zone, which is in Beijing-Shijiazhuang
Express 5th Ring Road and becomes core pillar industry of the group
for its rapid development of plastics filling industry; small home
appliance industry zone, which locates at the east side of the Capital
International Airport to produce mechanical and electrical products
such as hand dryers and hair dryers; wash machine industry zone, which
locates in the Bazhou Development Zone, the first stop of the Beijing-
Jiulong Railway, producing wash machines; and service and property
zone, which includes the Tianzao Hotel, the Beijing Zhengyu Furniture
Shop and the Beijing Baiju Property Management Center. |

Total sales in 2003 were RMB 100. 3 million yuan, including
profit of RMB15.95 million yuan and tax turned over of RMB 0.85 million

Main products and their market competitive power

I. Home appliance: Dual-tank wash machines of different
models; hand dryers, hair dryers. Hand dryers of 24V-T80 Model are
sole vehicle use hand dryers approved by the European Association
of Auto Industry, which are up to safety standard and widely used
in long distance passenger cars by Benz and Volvo companies.
II. Mechanical and electrical products: there are over 30 varieties
in 6 series, including permanent magnetic blushless motors, high-speed
rectifier motors and motors for home appliance.
III. Plastics filling products: manufacture plastic articles of
different specifications for well-known enterprises such as HYUNDAI
Car Works, TCL and LG. Manufacture large plastic pieces equipped
to wash machines of the Group.

I. We have good staffs for managing home appliance enterprise
and excellent technical team for plastics filling technology
II. We have enough space and ground for sufficient industrialized
production
III. We have sufficient ability of plastics filling works. The
group now has complete facilities of large, medium sizes and small
sizes. Most of equipment were imported, which have high level of
automation and good performance. 12 plastic filling equipment and
160 sets of moulds were imported. Equipment for forming has complete
specifications and the filling amount includes 246g up to 11800g.
The mould locking force of the largest equipment is 1600 tons.
