Our factory is a collective ownership and is specialized in manufacturing auto hydraulic brake parts with assets of RMB 85.6227 million yuan, registered capital of RMB 10 million yuan, original value of fixed assets of RMB 13.4135 million yuan and assets liability rate of 53.3%. There are 16 units of production equipment of NC processing center and NC lathe, 150 units of common equipment, 20 units of high precision sophisticated testing equipment of different performance as well as modern lab with complete inspection and testing equipment. Our key products include two series of hydraulic brake parts and pneumatic brake parts. The key product of hydraulic brake is assembly of brake head pump with booster used for different light duty trucks, travel cars, pick-ups and sedans. Our pneumatic brake parts are used for different light duty trucks and heavy-duty trucks. Annual capacity is 300000 sets. They are supplied to over 10 domestic auto works. We have obtained ISO9002, auto product certification and QS9000 certification.

Main products and their market competitive power

The factory has a history of 34 years and has rich theory and experience in producing auto brake parts. The products are widely sold in China and some are sold abroad together with the main machines. We are key brake pump supplier of Beijing Fotom Auto Works for their pick-ups, passenger cars and light duty trucks and our products make up 70 ~80% of their demands. We also supplied to Jianghui Car Co., Ltd. and sedan manufacturers such as Jili Car Co. Ltd. Our key products include brake cylinders (15.87mm??32mm), vacuum boosters (4.5",7",7.5",8",9",10.5" and 8"+9"9"+10"dual-membance discs) and different pneumatic brake valve elements. In the market of light duty cars, our products are first class and we have certain share of car market.
