Outline of enterprise

Zhongche Auto Repair Corporation (Group) (hereinafter referred to as ZARC is proprietary son company of China Blue Star Corporation (Group), which is a group made up by 35 ex-PLA security enterprises with total assets of RMB 4 billion yuan.
Main businesses of ZARC include auto repair, manufacture of auto parts, manufacture and rebuilding of cars and manufacture of communication equipment. ZARC is member organization of China Auto Repair Association.
ZARC is largest auto repair chain enterprise in China and it undertakes the repair of 80% of military vehicle. It has set up over 200 "Zhongche Auto Repair" chain shops all over the country (over 60 shops in Beijing) to repair, decorate, wash cars and sell auto parts and related products.
ZARC possesses several auto parts factories, producing over 1000 varieties of auto parts in 10 categories. Its market share of brake tube is 70%. It has a rather large nylon bias ply tire production base and the radial ply tire production base is in the construction, of which the capacity is producing 1.8 million sets of whole steel load radial ply tires. ZARC manufactures auto parts for over 20 domestic well-known auto works such as the First Auto Works, the Dongfeng Auto Works, Shanghai Auto Works and the Beijing Auto Works.
ZARC has 4 state appointed auto plants. The main products include large passenger buses, cross-county vehicle, public transportation vehicle, snack cars, patrols, armed police cars, battery forks and engineering repairing cars and so on.

Total sales in 2003 were RMB 1.332 billion yuan, including profit of RMB 2.33 million and tax turned over of RMB 0.11 billion yuan.

Main products and their market competitive power

ZARC processes brand products of "Lishan" buses and "Baming" cross country vehicle. "7425" brand brake hoses and auto A/C pipes have domestic market share of over 40%. "Zhongche Auto Repair" chain shops are all over China. "Double happiness" tires are well sold in China. "Shengzhou" auto axle assembly and auto special gears are also our brand products.

Over 10000 mu of land is spread in different developed areas in China and auto repair chain shops and central maintenance factories have formed scaled economy. "Lishan" buses and "Baming" cross country vehicle, axle assemblies, brake hoses, A/C pipes, gears, "Double happiness" tires and communication products have a large development space.
