Industry Base
Beijing Auto Industry Base is located in Shunyi District,
2.2km form Beijing Capital International Airport, 30km
from Beijing Railway Station, 150km from Tianjin Port,
and there are both expressways of Beijing-Harbin, and
Beijing-Shenyang available, providing convenient condition
for freight transport of the auto base.
Beijing Auto Industry Base (Core zone) will cover an
area of 6.3sq.km as the planed, and will be finally
built into a modern hi-tech auto manufacturing base
with good economic benefit, high management level, rational
layout, modern facilities, and garden-like environment,
and one of core auto trading markets in north China
on the principle of “unified planning, stepwise
construction, and rolling development”.
Beijing Auto Industry Base has perfect public infrastructure.
Road: There are roads with total length of 30.1km, covering
an area of 81.02 hec. Forming a perfect road system.
Water supply: The planed maximum water supply capacity
of Beijing Auto Industry Base is 36,225.0 tons per day,
its water supply comes from No. 1 and No. 2 water plants.
Besides, a water plant, No. 4 water plant, in planning
will be built at the east side of common construction
belt in the zone, its maximum water supply capacity
will be 80,000tons per day, with a pipe network pressure
of 0.3Mpa, and adopts circular water supply pipe network
mode, with DN400 main water supply pipes in main water
supply lines including those in Shuanghe Road, Xihuan
Road, and Shunxi S. Road, and DN 300 in subsidiary water
supply lines.
Drainage: The planed maximum drainage capacity of the
base is 24, 150tons per day. A mode to drain separately
rainwater and sewage is adopted. The designed daily
treatment capacity of Shunyi Sewage Treatment Plant
is 40,000tons.
Power supply: There will be an 110kV transformer substation
with the capacity of 3×50MVA in the first stage,
and an 110kV one with capacity of 1×50MVA in the
second stage built in Beijing Auto Industry Base. Large
power users will be supplied by the 110kV transformer
substation via the 10kV cable, other power-consuming
blocks will be supplied be supplied by 4 switch stations
from 10kV cables. The switch stations adopt 2 inlet
wires, 8 outlet wires.
Communication: A 40,000-line telephone sub-office will
be built.
Fuel gas: A pressure-adjusting station will be built,
and its is the main inlet of natural gas from the city
zone, with a pressure of 1.1-2.5Mpa at the high-pressure
inlet side, and a pressure of 0.1-0.4Mpa at the middle-pressure
outlet side, a daily flow of 120 thousand cub.m, or
a hourly flow of 20 thousand cub.m.
By now, 20 and more complete auto and spare partss manufacturing
enterprises, including Hyundai Motor (Beijing) Co.,
Ltd., Mobis Motor Parts Co., Ltd., Hella Lighting (Beijing)
Co., Ltd., Beijing Institute of Machine-Electrical Engineering
Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., Hysco Rolled Steel Co., Ltd., and
KCO Chemical (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
