Water discharge: The rainwater and sewage are discharged separately. The rainwater is discharged via pipeline into Fenggangjian River and the sewage enters the wastewater plant of the garden area via pipeline, with daily sewage treatment capability of 30,000 ton.
Power supply: The electric power is supplied by power network of Beijing municipality. 10 kV power supply is exported from a 110kv substation.
Heat supply: The way of centralized heat supply in different area has been adopted for heat supply to enterprises entered the garden area. A heat supply center has been built in the garden area already.
Natural gas: Natural gas has been imported into the garden area and gas supply for production and living can be ensured.
Communication: Presently the available capacity of program-controlled telephone is 100,000 gateways. The business of international and domestic telephone, telegraph, facsimile, wireless communication and video telephone, etc. can be managed in the garden area. Cable TV system is cut over and wide band network is also connected into the garden area.
