Yanqi Industrial Development Zone
Beijing Yanqi Industrial Development Zone (BYIDZ) is
located in the east of Huairou Town, by Yanqi Lake,
under the foot of the Great Wall, where atmospheric
quality is over the Class II of national standard in
the whole year, and is a water resource-rich area in
Beijing; the development zone will cover an area of
9.92sq.km as the planned, is 30km from the Capital Airport,
50km from Erhuan Road, 5km from Beijing-Chengde Expressway,
and close adjoins #101 National Road, obviously. There
are convenient traffic facilities available and superior
natural environment.
Varions supporting infrastructures in the development
zone are complete.
Road: A road network consisting of main trunk roads,
trunk roads, and branches has been completed in the
zone.
Water supply: There are a water plant that may supply
50,000tons per day, and a circular water supply pipe
network along the main roads in the zone.
Drainage: Rainwater and sewage may be separately drained,
and a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of
80,000tons has been completed in the zone.
Power supply: There are two 110kV transformer stations
with a capacity of 13kVA.
Heat supply: There are two heat supply centers, with
total heat supply capacity pf 140tons/hr, may meet need
for heat of production and domestic purpose.
Communication: There is a telecommunication sub-office,
and wideband network and CTV all are opened.
There are function-complete service facilities, such
as founders’ apartment, food dispatching, sport
square, resident dwelling houses, supermarket, nursery
school, and amusement center.
The development sets a special office to provide streamlined
service in examination and approval of a project, registering
procedures at the Administration for Industry and Commerce
and the Taxation Bureau, and deal with the construction
project planning license, the construction land planning
license, the national land use permit, and the house
property certificate for the enterprises entered the
zone. Furthermore, an officially set Huairou District
Investment Service Center exercises the right to deal
with examination and approval of a project and other
relevant procedures on behalf of the District Government,
and provide efficient and quick streamlined services
in policy and law consultancy, examination and approval
of a project, industrial and commercial enterprise registration,
taxation registration, financial registration, application
of various licenses, making of corporate seals, registration
of industrial and commercial codes, and application
of invoices taking the working mode of reception at
the general desk, prompt treatment and completion, and
concurrent examination and approval.
The development zone points enterprises it intend to
accepts to pollutant-free environmentally friend industries.
There are 147 production enterprises, 43 of them are
foreign-found ones from 17 countries and regions, initially
forming four large industries including auto and its
spare parts manufacture. It is worth to mention that
Alman heavy-duty truck is put into production, it makes
Huairou be the largest heavy-duty truck production base
in Asis.
